Woodward Mental Health provides a safe and supportive environment for meaningful, lasting change. Located in Exeter, New Hampshire, we also offer telehealth services across New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Illinois.

We specialize in trauma-informed, evidence-based care for teens and adults. Our practice blends EMDR therapy, DBT-informed approaches, and expressive art therapy to help clients heal, grow, and reconnect with their inner resilience.

Ready to start your journey to healing? Contact us today for your complementary 15 minute consultation or to become a patient

  • Individual therapy, ages 12 and up, trauma, LGBTQ+.  Often incorporate EMDR and can be short term focused on one event, or longer for more complex issues. Usual sessions are 45 minutes, but can be 60 minutes or two hour intensives as part of an overall treatment plan. We offer free 15 minute consultation to determine if we might be a good fit for your needs, and in person and telehealth sessions and generally do all intakes in person.

  • Jane is out of network for all insurances but will provide superbills for out of network reimbursement. Sarah accepts Amerihealth Caritas medicaid and Massachusetts based: Optum, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare and United Healthcare brands.
